1.) Does the Eclipse buff apply to the spell even after the Eclipse has expired if the spell was cast within the Eclipse window? Ex: Lunar Eclipse buff applying to Starfire is expiring/about to expire.
2.) How concerned should I be with my globals to start the next Eclipse as my current is about to expire? Ex: Should I be casting Wrath in the last 1.5 sec of my Eclipse to make sure I am almost instantly back in Eclipse after it has expired?

It’s broken down into cooldown phases and you need to think of it as a seperate entity. Reminds me of arcane mini bursts, that helped me wrap my head around it when I first started playing it.
As Arctic said just ask away with any questions, lots of good boomkins in here that have a lot of insight
