This is a 4pc bug with the splash damage of the starsurges

When your Dryad fades, your next 2 Starsurges damage for an additional amount equal to 2% of your damage done while it was active and splash 10% of their damage onto nearby enemies, reduced beyond 5 targets.

If there are any non-friendly targets in melee range of your target, that do not take damage, the splash damage will instead deal damage to your target, I believe one of the mechanics on one of the bosses has a mechanic that spawns a trap which is an unfriendly NPC that can't take damage and the bug can unintentionally occur

got some questions if someone could please help. was reading the guide about the rotation, and this is a question i still bring from last season; when your CDS are not "aligned" (like CA, FoN and Convoke the spirits), when should i use them anyways or w8 for them to align?
like FoN is the one with the shorter CD, so i'd say most of the time u can use it alone and then have it already before CA and Convoke come off CD. but what if you get convoke or CA alone? should i wait for FoN always or is there any instance where i should use them alone? like use convoke with CA if FoN is still some CDs away off coming back?

the only reason why FoN should be on CD for more than idk 10s when both CA and convoke are up is if that nets you another FoN use before the fight ends without losing the use out of these other CDs
