I'm seeing in here lots of people saying that pressing moonfire in the opener is better than allowing trees to push it. Main reason I saw was that tree application is too slow. We're curious why that is important specifically? Also was seeing things like "you're surging without the target having moonfire," so just want to cover our bases on why that is important to the roto in certain cases

I don't think it's wroth engaging with the convo, you're doing fine. Just the biggest thing that most players get wrong is always casting. Generally new boomies have alot of downtime to poor movement and planning
while the mix max can help, there are usually bigger issues to tackle first

- Make sure Moonfire and Sunfire are applied
- Make sure to never cap astral power (spend with Starsurge and Starfall)
- Make sure you enter the appropriate eclipse whenever applicable (Solar on ST and Lunar on AOE)
- Fill with the appropriate filler (wrath or starfire)
