Also did you know Shadowstepping on Gallywix is a terrible idea? While he's in the center if you SS you will always go to the exact same spot every time so you have to know where that is so you don't step into garbage.
Which isn't a real bad thing if you pay attention and you're smart but never SS him when he's on the outside between two coils. You'll actually jump to the center hole with your back to it, facing him.
The only time you can safely SS is when he's in his mech configuration.

They sometimes dont change when I shapeshift, for example I go bear but my bars stay as moonkin. Or after raid wipe I go moonkin and my bars stay as "out of form".
I've been using elvui till now and never had this issue. Is this known? Any other addon that can fix it?

these addons can turn the logging on and off, which enables or disables the log to be written to a file
then that log can be uploaded to warcraftlogs.com by someone and only then do they appear on the website

As ravec said, you don't have any logs so it'll be impossible to know what's going on in your +4 keys. But I'd be willing to guess that mobs are dying extremely fast. Boomy isn't great at fast dying enemies. There are things you can "do" when mobs die fast, but most of those things are bad for learning how to play boomy in actual keys 10-15 range

In lower keys generally you should be precasting wrath as tank is pulling to enter lunar fast (unless you have incarn available,) and sunfiring anything that lives a few seconds, foe into insta cast starfire(s) starfall to not overcap
