generally the "absolute BEST" items are going to be impossible to know. Sims arn't that precise. Then there's also the problem of stat diminishing returns. Since we are going into every stat's DR at this point in the xpac, what is good will swap constantly based on what you have.
So there are like 5 or 6 combos that all sim within 1k dps, which will be the case most of the time
Generally you can get an idea of what to shoot for by just recrafting items stats, alongside other item swaps, but atm it's a balance of all 4 stats. Everything is usable and close. Best to just sim as you get items
