if Force of Nature is on a 10s CD, CA is on 1 charge and has 90s left on 2nd recharge and Convoke is 60s you would just send Force of Nature off CD on a fresh Eclipse and then line Force of Nature+CA+Convoke on your next cast

so
FoN up, i wait 10sec, then i press
- FoN has 45sec cd w/o control
- FoN has 35sec cd with control (45-10)
had i waited 15sec, the cd with control wouldve been 30sec.
but if you wait more than 15sec, then you actually lose value
waiting 20sec still gives you 30sec cd with control

CA is a 100s recharge with maximum 2 charges, which is also affected by Control of the Dream
So in a scenario where you're at 1 charge and 90s left on your 2nd recharge you have a 105s window to use it before you lose a use

**Edit: The Charged Bolts power got nerfed and Static Charge (versatility) got buffed, and is now really close to Electric Current (mastery) and Spark Burst (haste). **
The powers are within 0.2% of each other on ST sims with Static Charge barely winning, but this can change depending on your gear. Sim your character to find out which one is best for you!

Per the compendium, it's not worth moonfiring mobs if they won't live for 6 or more seconds. Yellow mobs generally don't do anything and have low health anyway, so they are very very low on the priority list for being taken down.

Compendium profile is more than enough. You'll get used to the dungeons and nameplates will show health totals so you'll get a feel for it
