1. I see m+ talent choices for both hero specs on wowhead, is one of them far ahead or is it more like play whatever you want?
2. I read this: "Lunar Calling: The most important of the three. Lunar Calling forces you to go into Eclipse (Lunar) permanently. Additionally it buffs up your Starfire to the point that Wrath is no longer a button you press, even on single-target. If you opt to take Lunar Calling, it will also change your builder priority."

I just wanna make sure, does that include during incarn on ST? I still dont press wrath?

(seems small but these extra 2 gcds could have been starfires doing bigdam + giving FoE cdr + ASP for starfall, so huge damage loss)

the damage FoE does by itself is negligible, but its value is in Atmospheric Exposure debuff that applies to everything it damages, and the Boundless Moonlight proc that explodes at the end of the effect, so using FoE right before Incarn gains you a dmg global inside your biggest cooldowns
