They do random damage casts that increase that jumps to other targets, and you'll get another set of them when you enter P2 after the charges, where you also have the earth and metal debuffs ticking at the same time

Convoke may be useful, not sure. There's a few things that could change the outcome
Regular M+ build without treanat could be a 50% chance of timing but if I use a better built with more survival and seemingly more burst damage could mean I have a 80% chance
