Nope, always Sim your character! For me, it was more profitable to craft Vers+Mastery Neck cuz I didn't have any Vers on my Gear, it gave me 4k DPS more on sim compared to other Stat options! So again, always Sim your character.

Heroic was a 30k DPS Loss.
