but yeah, if you want something tangible to tell your friend (who is totally not yourself 😉 ) then i suggest just hitting training dummies and getting used to casting your cooldowns in the right order, and also just planning for movement and understand when to spend AP. Keep a big emphasis to always be casting, you do not want to have gaps between your casts, and you don't want to spend time during your cooldown windows (Force of Nature/CA) spending globals on bad casts. reading the Dreamgrove Compendium guide is also helpful
