idk, i would imagine you get the rare and hard tog et stuff first like weapon/ring. weapon seems most appealing because it provides the most stats so any ilevel upgrade there is more upgrade than other slots, usually

For raid, the 2nd charge is used on 2nd or 3rd trees, generally 2nd. Then the rest of ur CA is used on your convoke every minute

There's time at which u might think to hold trees, specifically at 330 so u can align it there. Typically we send trees and hold convoke/CA til trees is back up at 415

It also technically increases the damage of the two dots you cast , but it’s miniscule

It does give you some more asp to work with if you time the starfire correctly

FoE doesn't do a lot of damage by itself so you don't really want to spend a global on it during your Incarn

but it activates some debuffs that make you do more damage and it generates AP

so its just better to FoE on the global before Incarn and then press Starfall or Starsurge as your first global inside

I'm currently progressing on Stix Bunkjunker Mythic, but my parses are pretty low. So I've been watching quite a few videos, and I noticed that most players only go into Solar Eclipse and use Starfall during Solar Eclipse as well.
I thought Solar Eclipse didn't boost Starfall damage, was I wrong about that?

that's the general thought process
