There is not much that i can say from this besides:

• press fury of elune before you press incarn so you have more time in incarn for starfire/starfall
• try to be low on ap before you press incarn so you dont overcap so fast and can cast more starfires (think of starfire as your big damage button that you can optimize around, starfall you just press to prevent overcapping ap and to get starlord and u have it optimized already)
• start using fluid form to get back into moonkin form if you ever have to go bear (wrath or starfire from bearform)

this is the first pull of the +12 meadery -> your astral power

it seems that you are rpessing starfall whenever you have the ap to do so

that is old boomkin playstyle

press starfall only when you would otherwise overcap with the next starfire or when you need starlord stacks

as said above think of starfire as your button to optimize around and starfall as a big damage byproduct

this is the aoe prio list from the dreamgrove guide -> you can see that natty starfall like you press it is not even on the prio list -> only press it if one of the conditions is met

i used mythic plus friends during df with some success, but mostly just through chatting with people in the general chat rather than using the lfg system

the team i ended up playing with was people i met through in game lfg in the end, but while looking for a team i made a lot of friends in mythic plus friends

but if you get a good group you can always ask to add people for more dungeons, or try to see if they want to do more after
