Can we get tooltips on the icons?

I have no idea what a "U" button might mean, or most of the buttons for that matter. I find the interface quite difficult to use as a result.

Is there the possibility of adding tooltips to these buttons so we don't have to look them up in separate documentation?

There already are tooltips, just hover your mouse cursor over the button.
