Hi, just subscribed with a login, then tried to take out a paid subscription but after moving to the store check-out and going through the (annoying) version of the gotcha, i was asked to put in my login details again, only to go around in circles several times until I gave up. Would someone please offer some assistance please. I'm old (ish) but a retired IT specialist so don't usually have this sort of trouble. TIA.

Thanks for your input. Yes I did create an account first. I was thinking of cancelling my Flightradar24 sub in favour of ADSB Exchange but only if it is hassle free.
