what output do you get from ls -l /etc/systemd/system/adsbexchange-mlat.service ?

I expect you'll find it's symlinked to /dev/null. Someone else on your system must have masked those services. You may have to delete all of the symlinks from /etc/systemd/system, then reinstall again... and hopefully figure out what masked them in the first place.........

I am a rank amateur when it comes to Linux. I think I accidentally masked the app a few months ago. I found the solution, and everything should be feeding properly now. My new issue is my Lat/Long is showing up on the map completely wrong.

MLAT, which I also learned has a built-in offset, so that explains that! I am learning all kinds of stuff today!
