1. Can I encourage players to read the chat with ideas in general chat? I want to make sure that good ideas don’t go unnoticed, get into the "best ideas" section, and have a chance to be implemented.

2. And since I’m here, I have to ask for the future. I was planning to conduct a small research project on fans opinions about Bakugan — the original series, reboots, and their hopes for the franchise. (The survey will be in a Google Form) The results will be used for a big YouTube video. Am I allowed to ask players here to complete the form and share their thoughts?

The answer to number one id have to say no. if people read the ideas, or best idea channels, that's up to them to do so withought it being pushed in there face.

Tbh there are hundreds of ideas at this point, it's not surprising people suggest something a 5th-20th time

you can talk with the people to get their opinions as long as it doesnt lead to drama from it, and as for the survey you can send the link to it a mod to review and we can put up the link to it in the discord.

just adding my 2 cents because I am the #1 hater of the ideas channel

You can discuss why you upvoted or downvoted an idea in the general chats with other members, but please don’t go begging people to upvote it because they simply may not share the same opinion that the idea is a good one. As for getting ideas into the “best ideas” channel, Dev is most likely currently working on things that NEED to be fixed so recommending things that aren’t super important or don’t add any quality of life improvements aren’t really needed (i.e. we don’t need a 40th attribute change/doom card/nerf ventus in this specific way idea)

I didn’t mean to ask people to vote for a specific idea. My goal was to draw attention to the ideas thread in general.

My goal was to encourage discussion about different ideas, their strengths, and potential drawbacks. I fully respect everyone’s freedom of choice and wouldn’t want to push anyone toward something they don’t genuinely support. I simply believe that discussing a project gives it life.
