some people do, it’s just typically more consistent for deck building to build one attribute per deck

because it theoretically means less consistency in your cards, if you play with one attribute you are guaranteed to have usable abilities in fight, but if you put multiple attributes in your deck then you run the risk of drawing cards not for the attribute currently in battle

I have 2 decks with multiple attributes, I find myself lacking ability cards quite often, because I'll have ability cards for the attributes I'm not using in the current battle in my hand

you run into this issue already if you run character specific cards which is why people will say not to run more than like 2 or 3 character cards in your deck

brother nobody is stopping you from playing three different attributes, you just can’t have multiple of the same bakugan in different attributes, and can’t have duplicate gate cards, both of which negatively impact the consistency of the multi attribute decks.
we are fully aware of klaus & alice’s brawl, which is why you can have multiattribute decks in the first place.
lastly, it seems like you’re bothered by the fact that other people aren’t playing the game how you want them to, and my suggestion there is that you should let people play how they want, and in turn, you should play how you want
