once you down LOAD it, you usually just throw it on the desktop and open it instead of extracting-

@cosmic mist keys are given out through a ticket system in #support-tickets . first you open a ticket in the patreon beta linking ticket category, then you send a screenshot showing your subscription to the patreon. staff will then reach out to you when available, but this step requires patience as there are many, many tickets so it may take anywhere from minutes to days.

it's important to write down your username and password when successfully able to register, as it is currently a lengthy process to reset one's password, and it requires they remember their username. *once you do manage to sign up, please let staff know so they can close the ticket. *

if you open the game and it is just a black screen, then that means the servers are down, and you should try again when someone says the servers are up in #brawlers-chatroom or #beta-chatroom
