After submitting a couple, around half were answered that it was already known. To save the staff time and the players, would be cool if the head of hospitality does a quick search based on similarity and shows it to the user so he can see if the exact same exists, and either closes his own / joins the existing bug thread if needed.

It's actually preferrable to have multiple reports of the same bug as a dev because the more reports of the same bug, the more diverse your data is, and the more easily you can pinpoint the bug and solve it
For example, if there are many reports of the same bug and they all happened on the same operating system, then the devs can look at why the bug might be happening on that OS and not any others
