For sure, I agree that the look should fit the theme of the game. The 40k reference wasn’t really intended to say that I want a 40k skin, but skins that’s different from the Asian, teen rioter vibes. Or any of that stuff that’s currently popular. I like camo, tactical, earth colors, nothing bright. My fav color is like an olive/forest green ish. There are all kinds of looks I’d like, imagine a steam punk fallout type vibe, that’s what I’d rock. Just generally not at all the bunny skin vibe yall showed earlier. But some people love that stuff, and that’s ok, of course. Just not for me. And yea, I figured you guys want to tailor to a lot of stuff because, from my understanding the isotopes can be used to buy skins? So that would definitely need to be a very large market for replay value in that aspect.. rust did an awesome job at allowing the community to make skins and let them be voted on, and approved by the devs. You guys will have your own way, of course, but including the community in on it has definitely proved to be well liked, if you guys ever thought about taking that route for other players to assist in creating skins just to have a more abundant selection, and so you guys will have more time on your hands rather than handling it all yourself, while still playing moderator in skins that are submitted. 🙂
