Base building in the under carriage

Have the ability to filter air inside a base in the under carriage. This would allow for people to be "poison rats" and thrive in the under carriage indefinitely.

Just 2 op and under is only for ressource gathering, breaching, and extract been able to build base would be 2 op

what if a resource upkeep was needed to keep the posion filtered out of the base?

There is already an upkeep system in the game, but it was turned off for the playtest. We will turn it on soon.
