1. Respawn Protection
- Temporary Invulnerability: Players should have about 5 seconds of invincibility after spawning to avoid instant deaths.
- Damage Boost After Respawn: Giving players a short burst of extra damage could make campers think twice.
- Temporary Shields: A protective shield that lasts until the player moves or attacks.
2. Spawn Area Adjustments
- Remove the harpoon from a pre-learned blueprint so players obtain it when registering for the third class.
- Safe Zones: Spawn areas where enemies either can’t enter or can’t deal damage.
- Defensive Turrets: Auto-turrets that take out enemies lurking too close to spawn.
- Energy Barriers: Temporary walls that block enemies from getting in.
3. Respawn System Changes
- Dynamic Spawn Points: Players respawn in different locations to prevent enemies from controlling a single spot.
- Smart Spawn System: The game should detect the safest spot before placing a player back in.
- Respawn Near Teammates: Instead of a fixed spawn point, let players respawn closer to allies.
4. Penalizing Spawn Campers
- Anti-Camping Detection: If someone hangs around the enemy spawn too long, hit them with a penalty (slow them down, reduce their damage, or even auto-kill them).
- Less Reward for Spawn Kills: Reduce XP, money, or points for killing players right as they respawn.
5. Giving Respawned Players a Fighting Chance
- Let Players Choose Their Spawn Point: Give players a few options to avoid getting farmed.
- Escape Routes or Teleports: Add tunnels, portals, or alternate exits from the spawn area.
- Temporary Buffs: A quick speed boost, shield, or even a starter weapon to help fight back.
6. Map Design Adjustments
- Better Spawn Layouts: Add obstacles, tunnels, or safe paths so players aren’t stuck in one spot.
- Higher Spawn Positions: Spawning on high ground could give respawning players an advantage.
- Moving Spawn Zones: Have spawn locations shift over time so campers can’t lock down one spot.
