just chiming in with a few thoughts
- you're pulling a lot of stuff from UAs for the arti sub. because most of the things you're referencing aren't officially published material, you should define exactly what each thing is that isn't from official material in the doc itself to make it more evidently clear what the sub is using
- it lacks a 5th level tier jump power boost
- the 9th level feature is a complete ribbon, which essentially means other than the 3rd level spells, it's a dead level
in general:
- just lots and lots of wording/phrasing issues that aren't consistent with official 5e publications
- some very odd design choices especially for the bard subs, that don't mechanically make sense or are thematically suitable for their designated sub
thank you for your feedback
what do you mean by a jump power boost
also 9th also increases the power of Information overload
there are sections in the PHB and DMG that talk about the tiers
tier 1: 1st - 4th
tier 2: 5th - 10th
tier 3: 11th - 16th
tier 4: 17th - 20th
at each of these, the game expects the PCs to receive a significant power bump
cantrips upgrade by one die. casters get 3rd level spells. other classes get something like extra attack
if you look at the arti subs, two of them get extra attack and one of them gets +1d8 on everything and one of them gets +INT on damage, and all of these are 5th level features
so it's a slightly better cantrip, and? does that constitute the worth of a feature by itself, that it's the only power increase you get at that level besides more spells? what if that "cantrip" isn't the best choice in a specific scenario?
