Almost looks like the wrong nozzle size. If you haven't run calibrations/tuning, consider it mandatory, but you might have a mechanical issue instead.

Took me a bit to realize the temperature was set to 200°C for all layers... I got significantly better results already after adjusting that to 215, but not perfect still. I will try some flow calibrations and probably pressure advance as well. If I'm not mistaken, Orca does translate pressure assistance into marlin code, right?

Orca will, but old versions of Marlin don't allow it, so it depends on what you have.

Ok. Worst case I doesn't do it and prints the same as before, right? I'll try it after I finish flow rate calibration. Coming from newer printers, I forgot how just slow the older ones are

Yeah, and the option really would be to print at such a slow speed and low enough volumetric flow rate that PA/linear advance don't matter.
Which is usually in the <50mm/s range, depending on volumetric flow rate.
