Can someone help me please? No matter what i do, i can not remove the slowed down area from my prints. I have tried layer times, do not slow down for walls, etc. I put all changes back and uploaded here if some one can help. thanks.

*****************Solution ***************
It was the "extrusion rate smoothing". Setting this to zero and making no other changes fixed it.
Thanks to @winged island for his patience and time.

there is still something wrong, can you create a file and just add a cube from with in orca

clever mantle

ALright. Added a cube to another file. Cube speed looks excellent, but other file dosen't. Only thing i see is that cube is solid and spacer has inner walls.

winged island

that file is fine

how did you create the pla1.3mf modle?

Why the difference in speed?

winged island

layer time

clever mantle
#

how and where can i set it for max flow rate constant?

#

constantly?

winged island
#

you had slowed it down in the cooling section of the filament profile

clever mantle

I don't understand. Which setting?

even if i change both to 0, it still slows down to 75 with a flow rate less than 2. can you tell me the speeds you get when you slice it please?

If you are talking about these speed changes, that's because you are using scarf seams.

winged island

you are asking a different question now?

clever mantle

Thank you very much for taking the time to go through this with me. Scarf seams was exactly what it was. I appreciate it greatly.

Turning scarf seams off partially fixes it, but you can actually leave those on and turn off the extrusion rate smoothing which will fix both that and this odd speed difference happening elsewhere:
