I downloaded the profiles for 0.6mm from https://github.com/Sovol3d/Sovol-OrcaSlicer/tree/main/OrcaSlicer/resources/profiles/Sovol/ but it is still only showing me the 0.4mm option in the printer selection.
I tried importing the the Process json for 0.6 but orca just says 0 configs imported

Those were written for SovolSlicer, not mainline OrcaSlicer. At best you will probably have to internally edit something in the JSON file to get it to be compatible. At worst you will have to manually create every setting yourself.
