I have tried a multitude of settings, changed different PLA brands and it seems that I cannot get the bridges to print correctly - I have changed Bridge Speeds down to 10mm/s and i have upped the Bridge flow rate to 1.5 as suggested here and it has not fixed the issue. I am running the stock 0.4 nozzle and I am on the latest build of Orca Slicer - To be honest I thought I was pretty good at this, but this has me stumped, so I wonder if anyone could take a look at the attached files to see if they can offer a possible solution - Thank you.

Can you also share some photos of the prints with the issues?
The top one is with 1.5 flow rate and seems to get better if I reduce the rate and not increase it as sugested
I am thinking this issue is still not fixed and this is what I am experiencing: https://github.com/SoftFever/OrcaSlicer/pull/10565
Which version of Orca are you using? That PR would only be a fix in v2.3.2 or newer.
Actually, that PR hasn't even been merged yet.
So yeah, you will want to test with having the Extra perimeters on overhangs setting turned off.
Version 2.31 Build f2d1oa I am currently using so I am surprised this has not been fixed - I have tested its a lot closer but nowhere near good enough
Version 2.32?? Ahh the nightly build?
Seems there is a whole debate on this issue: https://discord.com/channels/1137181739773603922/1435291605828370585
Yeah, it's about making some changes to get them even better, but they still shouldn't be looking like yours, even with the current stable release version.
That's true - have you run my file to see if you get the same results?
No, I don't have a BL printer, so it wouldn't be a fair comparison, and the printer I do have is down for maintenance right now.
I notice the same atm on 2.3.1 on my P1S
Thank you - I have now gone to 2.32 dev and although it improves it a little it is not that great - I wonder if anyone else has this issue on a P1S?
I personally just print my own parts a lot so I designed part that doesn't need much bridge....
ahhh ok thank you
Yes I have redesigned the part to avoid bridges but really bridges should work as expected - I guess most folk just use support on bridges to save the grief - thank you
Yea... For me I just try to make it as short as possible to just have not not to deal with it.
