Just did the PA test on my ender 3 v2 neo, and don't see ANY change between the layer. Is this normal ? Did I miss something ?

If your flow and accel are low enough, then it's entirely possible you won't see any change.
But your picture is also showing the wrong corner.

Whether you touched them or not is irrelevant, it just depends on what they are, even if it's the defaults.
