#Bridges and overhanging perimeters

The problem above can be temporarily solved by setting this parameter.
But I don't know what to do here. It's not an overhang, it's a bridge. The setting that's really missing is a minimum bridge length, above which Orca would consider all overhangs to be bridges.
What wall generator do you use? Try classic
orca defines bridges and overhanging walls a little differently
bridge, when it covers over walls
overhanging walls
Can I have the model? I want to check my settings.
Both classic and arachne, equally.
We have found just recently (<12hrs ago) that this is really just a rendering error in most cases. If you check the speed color preview you will see that the "overhang" bridge is actually printing with bridge settings and not overhang settings.
I had something similar where bridges seen as overhang as well and switching to classic and removing extra perimeters fixed it
You are right, but it really becomes a bridge if you increase the detail x2.
Cura has had a setting for a long time - minimum bridge length, maybe it would be useful here too?
I have made a request for such a feature.
Yeah, it seems to be a bug in how the preview decides what is what, but apparently doesn't affect the actual printing in this case.
i think this may be a rendering issue
