Exterior wall has gaps

Hi

Something like the model shouldn't be that extreme. I've had the problem for a while now that the outer wall isn't printed all the way through.

This time I set the arrangement of the walls to outside/inside, which makes the problem even bigger. It would be really helpful to know which setting is responsible for this.

Is your printer a direct-drive extruder?

Is an Anycubic Kobra go, with Micro Swiss Bowden Extruder and E3D Revo Cr Hotend, pid calibration is also done

I reduced the speed from 75 mm/s to 50 mm/s, determined a new PA value of 0.32 and activated the small area flow compensation, now it looks better

You can also try extrusion rate smoothing in your case as it helps a lot with Bowden style printers

It gradually ramps print speed when going from slow to fast and fast to slow print segments. Set the ERS value to something like 50-70 and post a picture of your print speed preview 😉

not surprising me, my first printer is also a bowden type, linear advance is 0.35
