Cannot find Prusa Mini+ even tho a file for it exist on GitHub

I just installed OrcaSlicer and started it. It opens a GUI for printer selection but there are only 2 Prusa printers listed. I have a Prusa Mini+. I can find a config file for it in the GitHub repo (although it might be for the non-plus variant). Why is it no selectable as printer?

Is there a good place to find presets for printes?

maybe because it is originaly a kit, you build it yourself, there are thousands of kits ever since the prusa mendel in 2005' from hundreds of brands. orca has only the most popular printers. And those are typically completely build or require minimal construction, like mounting the portal.

Type Mini into the search bar. For some reason the Prusa models don't show when you put Prusa in there.
