Hello everyone, I have the following question. I’m working with Debian Linux and KDE, and I’m running Orca Slicer v2.2.0 with printers and many filament types already set up. However, my wife uses Windows 11. Is there a way to back up the profiles on my Linux system and import them into Orca Slicer on Windows 11, or do I have to re-enter everything manually?

Export your settings saved to a flash drive or NAS, then import them on the other computer. I do this between my Linux and Windows machines.

@heavy raft what version of Debian you are running? I got an error when trying on Debian 12: the App Image requires a newer GLIBC.

@delicate forge Ubuntu MATE 24.04
There are some special instructions I had to follow to get to work properly; all were listed on the GitHub repo. Not sure what all distros of Linux they apply to.

Oh I simply can't believe I'm this dumb, I downloaded the Ubuntu AppImage by mistake that is why it failed. The good news is that I learned how to compile from sources 😂😂😂
