#Ender v3 KE nozzle touching the print

I tried reduce infill retraction, that didn't work too
Try other infills, if it’s just with infill and grid pattern, don’t use that. It sort of makes sense too as with a grid the nozzle will be colliding with previously layed lines
Yeah, that's what I went with. Which one do you think is stronger?
There’s a lot of video’s about them. I’d guess it differs per type of model as in curves and slopes. I usually use Gyroid.
This prusa article covers a lot: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/infill-patterns_177130
you speak spanish?
but i can try to explain with a traductor
Usa orca 2.1, trae como por defecto un infill nuevo Crosshatch...
Sorry, I don't speak Spanish. I will use a translator if you want
Isn't that in Beta?
I have used Aligned rectilinear and it's working fine so far
Try several things, you see which ones work for you.
- Increase z jump by 0.8
- Change the fill type to Rectilinear
- I disabled in the options category, G-Code output "Reduce fill shrinkage"
It's probably the last one
@tardy dirge how would I change z-jumps in Orca?
Now I have problems with the outer perimeters, I think I should reduce the speed there.
Yeah, I tend to thicken them and decrease the speed there
I found my problem, it is the fuzzy skin
I fond my nozzle tilted a bit towards the left side, had to take down the front part and fix that
Once I finish all this I will see if I change the mouthpiece, although it is new. Have you tried the new version?
What new version is that?
Beta versión 2.1
No not yet. I think it's in RC now, I probably will today. I am waiting for an enclosure for my printer as I am running it in a room with hardly any fumes to escape
were you able to solve it? @quartz lava
change your infill pattern from grid to soemthing else. Grid is known to cause this issue.
Yesh, changed the infill to Gyroid and that fixed it.
I still have the problem with the exterior walls.
You mean it's still hitting the exterior walls?
yes, maybe its the velocity print
What if you slw down the speed?
