Somehow I never received Cracker Jack bundle at level 80. New season now replaced section 3 event and did not receive content

When Cracker Jack came out it was free. You just granted the levels and all you had to do was play one game and then go into Battlepass and claim all the items. If you didnt go claim them then....

My level was there was unable to claim due to work and time restraints. There should be an automated claim before the event ends or removal at least leave it available for people to claim items when an update happens. It’s still the same season. Unfortunately when I got home it was updating so now I have all the major Cracker Jack items but the last page and my exclusive reward being a pro member. So I guess that’s my fault? Not sure how I feel about that.

You couldn't claim your stuff for an entire 2weeks? It was out for 2weeks. Like if that's really true, then yeah boss you missed out. Not your fault but not their fault either. It was a holiday event. I'd say that's just life.

Travel for work so yeah life first revolve around the game but with having a subscription would think they would have some things in place to not let subscribers lose items from not clicking a button

It’s not a Battle pass it’s a monthly subscription… btw that console can’t renew with token. Like other platforms. That’s my issue is that for my subscription I didn’t receive my items because I was busy and didn’t have time or way of receiving items I’m subscribed for
