@OffTheGrid Support – URGENT CREDIT REQUEST
Hey team, I really need your help resolving a significant issue.
I (username: jcartu) sent $1,000 worth of GUN tokens via Changelly to the wallet address provided in-game. Changelly automatically routed the transaction through the Avalanche network, which—as far as I know—is the native chain for GUNZ. The destination was an EOA address, not a smart contract, and the transaction shows as fully confirmed on-chain.
Unfortunately, the tokens never appeared in my account.
To make things worse, a friend of mine also sent $1,000 USDT via ERC20 to that same address, thinking it would be credited. Again, nothing has shown up.
Since only your team has access to the private keys for that wallet, we can’t recover the funds ourselves. All I’m asking is this:
Please credit the total of $2,000 in GUN tokens to my in-game wallet (you can apply a reasonable fee if needed), so we can move on from this. No one’s trying to exploit anything here—it’s just a simple case of users sending to the right address, on what we believed were the right networks, but getting no reflection of funds due to backend incompatibility.
The AVAX GUN and ERC20 USDT are both verifiably there on-chain. I can provide all TX hashes and confirmation screenshots if needed.
Would really appreciate a quick resolution. Thanks in advance.
