That’s probably where the problem is then. But it’s frustrating, I could be playing and accumulating my Gunz, but I haven’t even played anymore because it’s not worth it to win a match and get 2 Gunz at most.

It has been partially resolved. Support informed me that they manually activated OTG Pro while waiting for a response from XSolla. I had paid for 2 months, but initially, neither was confirmed. Now, they manually activated 1 month and are waiting for XSolla’s response to resolve the remaining issue.
