All I can say is if you enjoy the mechanics of the game, keep at it. I started late September of last year and was in your shoes. The game is still early access so until the player base grows skill based matchmaking is gonna be difficult. You'll start picking up movement the more you play and before you know it all the stuff you thought was crazy you will be doing yourself

That was my problem with the g7 se and the tarantula was my aim would feel very floaty and inaccurate after turning it down to 8 bit da beams have been coming out i remember i was playing apex and literally first game on i hit a 198 hip fire one clip with an r99 and i’m like yup i like this controller 😆

I was playing on 10 bit with 1k polling rate and would hit like 50-60% of r99 shots in the apex range.
After using g7 pro 8k. 8 bit + 8k polling rate my accuracy is 70% - 80%.
10% accuracy boost is HUGE

so the reason 8bit feels better is simple, the higher the bit 9-12 in this case is because the higher the rate the more data points that stick is registering so with 8 bit if you accidentally twitch it may not register the whole thing which would keep your aim more true and on point buit if you're on a higher bit you'll register every lil bit of movement you're doing and thus messing up your aim
