the delay isn't that bad and the delay is just that when you pop your jetpack it doesn't take your input for the first like 0.15 seconds or something so that people don't just faceplant into the ground after popping jetpack from a walljump or something

I think youre wrong, almost all controller players in know are still here. That said, the aim assist change felt pretty dramatic, I had to adjust big time, but I still hit my shots. I think for casual people though reducing the aim assist so dramatically will just turn them off from playing

Yea the ones keeping the game barely alive. There are bots EVERYWHERE. Back in the games prime , you would never see a bot. Lobby full. Rotational aim assist at 50%. Golden days. Now they changed it to 40% which is drastic, especially especially for casuals.

No the bots are by design. The game intentionally puts 5 real teams max in every casual match. This helps make matchmaking faster, and also gives newer players a better experience
