Blackwell (5xx series) uses DDR7 memory while the 4xx series uses DDR6.
Blackwell also has doubled ray intersection rates with much better ray tracing.
5xx series also includes tensor cores and much better DLSS frame gen if you care about that.
Since I'm doing some inference work that memory speed is a hugh win in token rates over the 4xxx series.
