Teleport legs maybe still kinda cool. Basically, you would proactively find a spot you wanna teleport back to, pin it. The pin stays for a set amount of time. You then run out and into a crowd or against a three stack, light them up and teleport back once the timer runs out. You have a set amount of time to shoot and live before u know you are going to be teleported out of the situation.
Legs would be designed to break up teams. Since they could see where you pinned once you are within their proximity, they can all try to kill you or one (or more) decides to go to the pinned location where you are going to be teleported back to, and waits to ice you. Adds some strategic decision making on both sides during engagement.
