depends on playing style , i think overall the partisan is the best with the right build it has the best velocity, accuracy and dmg only lacks in headshot dmg to the mavinga(my personal favorite gun) and the solana vulture but makes up for it with RPM but like seli said otgmeta.com has everything you need for gun stats

higher rpm, bullet velocity, damage range is only beat in headshot dmg(other factors make up for that)
if you want more than 36 rounds you could replace the sight with a drum mag
