I think the raffle format is not bad at all. Whatever we veterans say, what the game needs most is new players, that will benefit all of us. The only alternative that I see, is rare limited items in hexes, but that was also implemented in this event with the liberty hexes - so you basically did both.There will always be comlaints, but its mostly people frustrated from not winning, they will still participate in the next raffle.
