Is it possible to have a custom plugin/package? I want to interact with Apple Healthkit and Google's Health connect. I already have a custom Capacitor plugin I made and I want to re-use it for a NativePHP app but I don't see how I can do that.

Hey there, I do try to answer as many questions as I can here, I am sorry this one fell through the cracks.
The simple answer is "no" right now we do not have support for customizations like this, though, we hear you and many others that are asking for this. We have an awful lot of work ahead of us already, this has been added to that list!
