neg tax efficency delete money. -10 max tax at least keeps the money within the nation in your estates.
Yeah but rn pronóia is outright harmful and will be like the first or maybe second law you always replace. With perhaps a tax efficency debuff (or maybe something else, like increased noble power) it could be an useful tool to administer regions
Just looked. There is an event to reform it, removing the -10% max tax and making it a fairly strong policy.
i honestly think its a good idea for them to have a tough byzantium start give you rewards if you shoulder some of the penalties for longer
But -10% max tax is so bad you will always use your first parliament to remove this
i mean i got pretty far without doing so. what would be the point of having a reformation event if the law starts off good?
