It is incredibly annoying that it automatically stops pushing towards one value once you reach 0, let us keep the action but dont make it push more than 0

If you push towards lets say innovative and you want to push towards traditionalist, or at least 0 itll stop using the cabinet action once you reach 0 which is insanely annoying
