I posted a balance proposal on the Paradox forums about custom subject releases
ignoring provincial demographics.
It’s a narrow, province-level change that applies only to custom subjects and
resolves primary culture using plural cultural majority at the moment of release.
No effect on historical or extraterritorial subjects.

Is that even true? If i'm creating custom subject they have local culture not inherited from my nation

I'd like more transparency about the subject being created. Its primary culture, languages, ruler character, capital etc. None of these are shown in the subject creation screen unless I'm missing something

It isn't always clear when the territory has heterogeneous cultures. The player might want a non-majority primary culture as well
