I feel in other societal values i'ts very easy to go towards them, you constantly have parliament agendas or other ways to improve it.

I currently have the biggest fleet in the game and yet it's nearly impossible to increase the naval value.

its just a joke, we are from the same guild (we know each other)

in order to be a little helpful there are a lot of naval events to boost your stats (at least with Castile)

I think not instantly losing it as you drop below 50 would also be quite neat.

ye the reason i was asking (sorry for regarded english i was drunk) was because I myself had issues tryign to move the slider towards naval as Sweden

So I was hoping there was some mechanic to help with that that I have been missing (using custom content for CAS/SPA hardly qualifies as having skill right)

the biggest thing is minimizing your relative push towards Land Focus imo
