#Remove river mapmote, instead annex it into other mapmodes

Rn river mapmode is its own thing, but gameplaywise its horrible

Reasons
1.
In tactical map, rivers are really important due to the -1 dice roll and part of planning stradegies and where to push the enemy.
Right now they arent implementet to tactical map

Road mapmode. You can build bridges on rivers once they have road in those locations
And due to you need to go into separate mapmode of rivers and then go back to another mapmode is gonna be pain when it could be just integratet to these features that are dependent on rivers, due to how they affect multiple areas of the game

  1. river being also visible in controll map wouldnt be bad,
    So players can visualice regions they can focus more their main industry and powerbase they are gonna be building trough out the game

Just having rivers on tactical map would be enough, that way you also see the terrain of flat areas and have it as the way where you look where to build industry

Atleast it being on mapmode that has also other information, and tactical being the most important one

Are bridges built automatically when building road in the region? Could you destroy a bridge to slow down enemy advancement?
