Help on the Soul Rewind core? New player

I have a selector that (i think) has all of the characters. Super lost on who to pick though. Should I make a completely new team?

For context, I'm currently running E3 clem, E1 Saya, E2 thais, and jenkins. Just got to chapter 5.

Other notable characters are Aigis, sorel, E1 horla, and murphy. I don't have many non limiteds but I can get two of those selectors.

Save the core until you need it for sure. Your team should work just fine and cores are very valuable.

Make sure to grab Saya's wheel if you haven't done so already. It is really strong. I would also grab Clementine and Hameln's wheel, even if you leave them at just e0. If, after that, you are itching to pull for more, e0 hameln or e2 saya is not a bad idea imo. E0 Hameln is a pretty decent support that works fine without dupes, and e2 Saya helps a lot with embryo gen.

This is a (fairly safe) prediction, but biav will probably rerun all characters again for the 3rd anniversary. If you like the castor+pollux team, there's no reason not to save pulls and get them then. Wanting arc 2 limiteds means waiting for their banner to rerun or for anni, at the end of the day.

also, when you say save the core until I absolutely need it, would that be for example when I'm one unit/copy away from making a good team?

Not even that, I would argue to only use it after trying the team while missing said component, and being sure you need the dupe or unit
