Vortice's SSR Wheel of Destiny and SR Wheel of Destiny both have the effect of:
"When switching to the Raging Waves stance, gain Temporary Realm Mastery equal to X% of your current Realm Mastery"
This is an important effect because the Realm Mastery stat increases the percent effect of the Raging Waves stance. By gaining additional Realm Mastery on switching to Raging Waves, the additional Realm Mastery given should increase the effect of the stance.
However, it appears the Temporary Realm Mastery effect is applied after switching stances and does not have an effect on the Raging Waves multiplier, which makes the wheel effect almost completely useless for her, since Realm Mastery only affects stance values for Divine Aequor.
Here are screenshots taken from the same battle:
Screenshot #1: Team setup - Vortice is using both her SSR WoD and her SR WoD
Screenshot #2: 409 Tentacle Damage before Raging Waves
Screenshot #3: Raging Waves multiplier = 144%
Screenshot #4: 588 Tentacle Damage after Raging Waves = 409 x 144%. However, Vortice's SSR and SR Wheel of Destiny gives 146 Temporary Realm Mastery, which should make it 154% instead
